2023: INEC za ta ci gaba da bin umarnin kotu -Farfesa Yakubu

Hukumar Zaɓe ta Ƙasa (INEC) ta bayyana cewa za ta ci gaba da bin umarnin da kowace kotu ta bayar a dukkan hukunce-hukuncen da su ka shafi zaɓe.

Shugaban hukumar ne, Farfesa Mahmood Yakubu ya bayyana haka, a lokacin da ya ke jawabi wurin buɗe Taron Alƙalai na Ƙara wa Juna Ilmi Kan Zaɓen, wanda aka yi ranar Litinin a Cibiyar Inganta Harkokin Shari’a (NJC), a Abuja.

“An shirya irin wannan zama kafin zaɓen 2019, inda aka yi bitar rikice-rikicen ƙararrakin da za su taso bayan zaɓe. Kuma wancan taron da mu ka yi ya yi tasiri sosai a lokacin.

“Saboda an samu raguwar hukunce-hukuncen da kotuna ke bayarwa masu cin karo da juna. Kuma an samu raguwar yawan zaɓen da kotuna ke sokewa masu yawan gaske,” inji Yakubu.

Ya gode wa manyan alƙalai da Hukumar Kula da Shari’a ta Ƙasa dangane wannan taro mai muhimmanci, wanda ya ce babu shakka zai rage yawan ƙararrakin zaɓe a kotuna.

Dangane da muhimmancin taron, Yakubu ya buga misali da irin matsalolin da ake samu a kotuna dalilin yanke hukunci masu karo da juna da kotuna ke yi.

“An fa wata kotu ta yi fatali da hukuncin da Kotun Ƙoli ta yanke, ta umarci INEC ta bayar da satifiket ɗin nasarar zaɓen fidda gwani ga ɗan takarar da Kotun Ƙoli ta soke zaɓen sa. To kun ga wannan cikar ne sosai ga hukumar zaɓe.

“Irin wannan kuma shi ke haifar da cinkoson shari’un zaɓe a kotu. Kuma an maida hannun agogo baya, tunda an sake shari’ar kenan wataƙila ma har sai an kai ga komawa Kotun Ƙoli.

Haka kuma shugaban na INEC ya nuna damuwa dangane da yawaitar ƙararrakin da aka haɗa da aka haɗa da sunan INEC aka maka kotu har sama da 600, a zaɓen fidda gwanin ‘yan takarar jam’iyyu daban-daban.

“Ko kwanan nan wata jam’iyya ta zo a rana ɗaya ta kawo mana sunayen sabbin ‘yan takara 70 da ta ke so a cire sunayen na farkon da aka aiko mana, a maye gurbin su da sabbin da su ka kai mana,” Yakubu ya bayyana cikin damuwa.
