Ministar ta yi kiran ne a lokacin da ta gabatar da Shugaba da membobi da Babban Sakataren Cibiyar Naƙasassu ta Ƙasa ga Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari a ranar Alhamis a fadar Shugaban Ƙasa da ke Abuja.
Sadiya ta gode wa Shugaban Ƙasa saboda yadda ya amsa kiran naƙasassun ta hanyar rattaba hannu kan Dokar Kula da Naƙasassu ta Ƙasa sannan ya kafa Hukumar Naƙasassu ta Ƙasa. Amma ta yi nuni da cewa mutane masu naƙasa a ƙasar nan an ware su daga cin moriyar wasu ababe na more rayuwa.
Ta ce sama da kashi 95 cikin ɗari na gine-ginen gwamnati da ke ƙasar nan ba su shiguwa a wajen naƙasassu sannan yawancin su su na buƙatar wasu na’urori da hanyoyin kimiyya da fasaha da za su taimake su wajen samun ilimi da koyo a cikin sauƙi.
Ta ce, “Akwai buƙatar a fito da hanyoyin da za su rage rainin da ake yi wa mutane masu naƙasa ta hanyar fito da babban gangamin faɗakar da jama’a, tare da cire duk wasu nau’o’i na nuna wariya da kuma inganta hanyoyin su na samun abinci.
“Akwai buƙatar a samu cikakkun bayanai game da naƙasassu, sannan bada satifiket ɗin naƙasassu ya na da muhimmanci wajen tabbatar da cewa su na cin moriyar wannan hukumar don a kauce wa cutar da wasu za su iya yi a aikin kyautatawar da gwamnati za ta riƙa yi.”
Har ila yau ministar ta bayyana cewa ta bai wa naƙasassu kayayyakin agaji don tabbatar da cewa su ma sun amfana da ayyukan da ma’aikatar ta ke yi da kuma dukkan shirye-shiryen inganta rayuwa.
Ta ce, “A yau dubban naƙasassu an taimaka masu kai-tsaye ta hanyar shirye-shiryen mu daban-daban.”
Sadiya ta yi kira ga gwamnati da ta ci gaba da bada goyon baya don tabbatar da cewa an kyautata rayuwar dukkan naƙasassu da ke Najeriya.
A jawabin da ya mayar, Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ya ƙalubalanci Hukumar Naƙasassu ta Ƙasa da ta yi aikin ta sosai wajen ganin an cimma ƙudirin gwamnati na ceto ‘yan Nijeriya miliyan 100 daga ƙangin fatara da yunwa.
Ya ce, “Ba a yi kuskure ba wajen naɗa ku da aka yi domin kuwa dukkan ku an zaɓo ku ne bayan an yi nazari sosai kan halayen ku da kuma gudunmawar da ku ke bayarwa ga al’umma da kuma naƙasassun da ke Nijeriya.
“Aikin da ke gaban ku babba ne. Tilas ne ku yi aiki tuƙuru domin tabbatar da cewa gwamnati ta samu nasarar inganta rayuwar ‘yan’uwan ku masu buƙatu na musamman duk da rashin isassun kuɗi da mu ke fama da shi.”
Shugaban ya bada tabbacin cewa gwamnatin sa za ta ci gaba da bada goyon baya ga duk wasu yarjejeniyoyi da ke kare haƙƙin mutane masu naƙasa.
Ya ce, “Najeriya ta na cikin ƙasashen da su ka rattaba hannu kan Ƙudirin Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya kan Mutane Masu Naƙasa wadda ke neman ganin an kare haƙƙin naƙasassu a dukkan wani shiri na kawo cigaba a duk duniya.
“A ƙarƙashin shugabanci na, gwamnati za ta ci gaba da goyon bayan duk wasu yarjejeniyoyi da aka yi na duniya da yanki ko sashen ƙasa da ƙasa waɗanda ke neman inganta rayuwar ‘yan’uwan mu masu buƙatu na musamman.”
