Yadda ake tsaftace Abuja ya sa masu zuwa neman tudun-dafawa da ‘yan cirani ba su son komawa gida -Modibbo

Tsohon Ministan Babban Birnin Tarayya Abuja, Aliyu Modibbo, ya bayyana cewa irin tsarin da aka gina Abuja da kuma yadda birnin ya kasance a tsaftace, ya sa duk wanda ya shiga ba ya son kowama inda ya fito.

Modibbo, wanda ya taɓa yin minista sau uku a Najeriya, ya bayyana haka a cikin wata tattaunawar musamman da ya yi da PREMIUM TIMES, a matsayin waiwayen yadda aka kafa da gina Abuja.

An yi tattaunawar ce yanzu, daidai lokacin da birnin ya cika shekaru 46 da ƙirƙirowa.

An tambayi Modibbo ko me ya sa waɗanda ke shigowa Abuja ba su son komawa garuruwa da yankunan su na asali, sai Modibbo wanda shi ne Ɗanburam Gombe ya fara bayani kamar haka:

“Babban dalilin shi ne ababen inganta rayuwa da aka samar ko ake samarwa a birnin, kuma bisa tsarin yadda aka tsara taswirar da aka bi aka gina birnin. To a ƙasar nan Abuja kaɗai ke da irin wannan tsari, amma dukkan sauran biranen ƙasar nan, ba haka su ke ba.

“Idan ka lura, kuma idan ka ɗebe garuruwan da ke kewaye da Abuja, to babban birnin Tarayya ne kaɗai a ƙasar nan ba ya damun mutanen da ke cikin sa da wari. Amma irin su Kano, Legas, Benin ko Fatakwal duk ja-game yanayin su ɗaya. Wari na damun mazauna garuruwan.

“Amma a nan Abuja a nan Abuja ba za ka taɓa ganin tsarin masai, ko ban-ɗakuna mai rami an gina inda kashi ke taruwa ana kashewa ba. Komai a Abuja a ƙarƙashin ƙasa aka yi masa babbar hanyar da na ko’ina ke haɗuwa ya wuce. Mu na da tsarin killace ƙazantar kashi da fitsari fiye da kowane birni a Afrika.

“Lokacin da na zama Minista cikin 2007, an tafi da ni an kai ni wurin da wannan ƙazanta ke taruwa a Wumpa. Injinan wurin su na kula da dukkan dagwalon ƙazantar da ta shiga wurin. Manajojin wurin su ka kai ni wurin na gani da ido, kuma aka nuna min a komfuta dukkan yadda su kashi, fitsari, datti da sauran ƙazantar wanke-wanke ke taruwa a wurin da yadda ake sarrafa su.

“Dukkan ruwan ƙazantar zai taru ya shiga cikin wata rinɗimemiyar na’urar tsaftace ƙazanta. Daga nan ruwan zai fito a tsaftace. Kuma dama su na da wani shirgegen tankin tara ruwan.

“A cikin shirgegen tanki su ka zuba wasu kifaye masu rai. Su ka ce min dalilin zuba kifayen a cikin tankunan, saboda sa-ido kan ruwan, kuma su na su na kwarara tataccen ruwan ne zuwa cikin ƙorama, wadda ke kusa da su. Haka kuma mutane na amfani da ruwan wannan ƙorama su ke kwararawa.”

Daga nan kuma su ka kai ni inda su ke sarrafa ruwan mai tsafta su na tacewa. Su ka kawo roba biyu cike da ruwan, har manajan ya sha ruwan. Ya ba ni, ya ce ni ma na sha. Na ce wannan fa ɗaya. Na ƙi sha ne don na ga yadda aka sarrafa shi a gaba na, amma ba don ba shi da tsafta ba. Ruwan mai tsafta ne garau (dariya).”
