Zamanin baddala alƙaluman sakamakon zaɓe ya wuce -INEC

Shugaban Hukumar Zaɓe ta Ƙasa (INEC), Farfesa Mahmood Yakubu, ya bayyana cewa sabbin dabarun killace alƙaluman zaɓe ta hanyar na’urori da manhaja sun tabbatar da cewa zamanin baddala sakamakon zaɓe ko yin kutse cikin rumbun tattara bayanai ya wuce.

Yakubu ya bayyana haka ne a wani taron masu ruwa da tsaki kan harkokin zaɓe da YIAGA Africa ta shirya a Abuja.

Ya ce ko a zaɓen gwamnan Jihar Ekiti da na Osun da aka yi baya-bayan nan, ‘yan kutse da ƙasashe daban-daban har da wasu daga nahiyar Asiya, sun yi ƙoƙarin kutsawa rumbun tattara bayanan INEC ta cikin manhaja domin su baddala alƙaluman zaɓe, amma ba su yi nasara ba.

Daga nan ya ƙara jan kunnen ma’aikatan hukumar da masu sa-ido cewa tilas sai an ƙara sa ido sosai kuma an ƙara ƙarfafa hanyoyin hana ‘yan kutse shiga manhajoji domin baddala sakamakon zaɓe.

“Kuma mun ƙara jaddadawa da ƙara ɗora nauyin kula ga injiniyoyin mu kada su yi sanyin jiki wajen hana duk wata ƙofar da ‘yan kutse za su iya kai farmaki a manhajar tattara sakamakon zaɓe.

“Waɗannan hanyoyi biyu da mu ka shigo da su yanzu, su na da ingancin da babu yadda masu baddala sakamakon zaɓe ko masu kutse za su iya yin nasarar shiga rumbun tattara bayanai ko manhajar alƙaluman zaɓe.

“Hanyoyin biyu wato tsarin amfani da na’urar BVAS da kuma manhajar IReV su na da ingancin killace dukkan bayanai da alƙaluman zaɓe ba tare da shakkun an kutsa an baddala su ba.

“Ita na’urar BVAS aikin ta shi ne tura hoton tambarin yatsan mai dangwala ƙuri’a da kuma tantance fuskar wanda ya dangwala yatsa bisa na’urar, sannan kuma ta kwafi fam na sakamakon zaɓe (EC8A) ta tura cikin manhajar IReV.

Babban Daraktan YIAGA Africa Samson Itodo ya yi kira ga INEC ta ƙara wayar wa jami’an ta da waɗanda za a ɗauka aikin zaɓe nan gaba kai sosai domin ƙara fahimta da samun ƙwarewa a dukkan hanyoyin da za a bi domin tattarawa, turawa da killace sakamakon zaɓe su gudana a sauƙaƙe.
